Welcome to the forums TCTrinity09 ![]()
Some people have reported moisture damage to the phone (even if you haven't dropped it in water!). Pull out the battery and check if any of the water damage indicators have turned completely pink. I'm not sure if you are under warranty or not, but try to see if your carrier will do an exchange for you. If not, try drying out the phone for a few days in a cool, dry place e.g. in front of an air conditioner. Remove the battery when doing this.

You are looking for a small 1/8" white square sticker on the housing of the BlackBerry device itself.
Read this link,. and pay special attention to the need for the battery out NOW, and giving it 4-5 days to dry out.

Thank you for your assistance but I went to a Verizon store and they confirmed it wasn't water damage so not sure what the problem is, I'm getting the phone replaced.
Thank you.
