Buttons not working

I did a BBM update the other day and once the phone reset none of the buttons work. Even the track pad doesn't work so I can link it to my computer to do a reset. Is there anything I can do to fix it or is it a goner?

Did you tried a Battery Pull Restart ? If not do it like this While Device is POWERED ON  remove the Battery wait for a min. then re-insert it back wait till your device take a long Reboot. See if problem resolves.

Yeah. Iv tried it several times and it hasn't fixed it. It seems like the signal has gone off it aswell.
