CALL HISTORY

Hey folks Marvin here with a Curve 8530...
Is there any way to wipe out my entire call history without individually deleting each call???
Thank You

Re: CALL HISTORY

Yep, on the device you can go to your main Messages folder > View Folder > Phone Calls.

You may or may not see a list of incoming, missed, etc., or just one full list.

Scroll the top most date header, probably today, and press the Menu key > Delete Prior.

That should delete them all.

Connected to the Desktop Software > Device > Delete Data > Selective Data > Phone Calls (or Call Logs).

Check it to delete and complete the process.

Good luck.

Re: CALL HISTORY

Hey Sanders that does work for most of the call history but for some reason, there are still around 10 calls left in the history... None specific like ingoing, outgoing, or missed calls... It is a mixture of all... Is it possible that those calls are being directed to a folder they shouldn't be going to??? I dunno that's why I'm asking you gurus...
Thanks

Re: CALL HISTORY

Are the recent calls that are still on your phone's recent call list, the ones you see when you press the green dial key?

Or have you pressed "save" on any of these, so they are like saved messages?

Re: CALL HISTORY

Yes they are the calls that pop up when I press the green send key but I have never saved any like a saved message...
