Yep, on the device you can go to your main Messages folder > View Folder > Phone Calls.
You may or may not see a list of incoming, missed, etc., or just one full list.
Scroll the top most date header, probably today, and press the Menu key > Delete Prior.
That should delete them all.
Connected to the Desktop Software > Device > Delete Data > Selective Data > Phone Calls (or Call Logs).
Check it to delete and complete the process.

Are the recent calls that are still on your phone's recent call list, the ones you see when you press the green dial key?
Or have you pressed "save" on any of these, so they are like saved messages?
