Calendar Sync Problem

Just got the Verizon 8330 Curve.  Set it up and all worked well to sunc between both my laptop & office desktop.  Now my calendar doesn't sync, but tasks, address book, and note pad work fine.  I seem to remember seeing an "allow duplicate entries" option somewhere, but can't find it.  That's the only thing I can think of for the change.  Any help?

Are you on BES? If yes then contact with your BES admin of your company.
