Calendar Sync problems

I am confused as to the calendar sync process.  Each time I enter sometime thing my BB calendar it has the red arrow showing like it is wirelessly syncing with something but when I go to my Microsoft Outlook the new item is not listed.  I have looked at the desktop manager and can't figure out what would need to be changed in order to get them to show up. Should the calendar sync wirlessly to my outlook or do I need to always plug it into the computer?  HELP!

the only way that i know that it will sycn wirelessly is if you are on BES.  if you are then i would check with the IT department to see that it is setup correctly.  If you are on BIS, then you do need to connect it to the computer for syncing, hope this helps
