Calender Sync Problems

Curve 8900

Windows xp

Outlook 2003

Sync by USB

 

Problem= Any changes made on Outlook Calender are not changing on Device Calender

Solution=?

Have you configured Desktop Manager correctly?

Do you have more than one e-mail address set up?

Try using version 4.6 of Desktop Manager. I have same problem and am now uploading the earlier version for thr RIM website. It i a big file but we'll see

my new BB is 8900 curve (with the old one BB Bold 9000 it works)

DW is 4.7

 

windows Professional xp

Microsoft office pro 2003

 

I can't synchro calendar and following this instuctions:

I got this result about my error in PTtrace.log file but I can not obviously understand what it means:

If you have only one email account, delete the CICAL service book for that account, leaving only a Default calendar in the BB.   CICAL service books come back after an OS upgrade.  I have 3 email accounts and I end up getting 3 CICAL service books, and deleting ALL of them is the only sane way of using and syncing BB calendar. I use both the desktop manager and notifylink to keep meeting maker, outlook and bb calendars in sync.

sorry but I'm looking for a help from Italy and my English isn't so good.

 

I have 4 e mail accounts. I have to delete all the CICAL service book ( options/advanced options/service Book) ?

 

I have DM 4.7 and Firmware 4.6.1.250 , how I upgrade  my OS ? .250 is latest version.

That's exactly what I did.  I deleted 3 CICAL service books associated with my 3 email accounts.  When I open the calendar app I no longer see a tab which say which claendar I want to view. It uses the default device calendar.
