Help! I didn't turn call forwarding on purposely, but how do I turn it off? I'm disappointed in the voice quality. I've always had Sprint/Sanyo phones and the voice quality is excellent.
Is there a way to access voice mail w/o using a password?
Thanks

I believe you can turn off call forwarding by pressing *73 and press send. Also, you can have your phone enter your voicemail password automatically.

That didn't work. Maybe I'm a klutz.
Thanks for responding.

KFess,
Each carrier has differnet codes. This is from the Sprint site, via Google search.

With Call Forwarding, you can automatically forward all incoming calls to another phone, so they won't ring on your Sprint PCS phone or go to your voicemail. Plus, you can still make outgoing calls from your Sprint PCS phone.
These instructions work for most of our phones. If your phone is different, please consult your phone's User's Guide.
To activate Call Forwarding:
To deactivate Call Forwarding:
Note: Call Forwarding calls are charged an extra rate of $0.20 per minute, plus any applicable long-distance charges.

If this does not work. Let us know. Are you sure you have it enabled? What is happening when someone tries to call you?

To stop call forwarding when the phone is on...............go to options/general options
Pick ringer off and chose NEVER. There's a choice for IN Holster also.
*73 is actually a menu choice but it doesn't state what it does and it didn't work for me.
I let the Best Buy guys (where I bought it) take care of the problem ( I didn't get smart, fast).
Thanks all.
