I am having problems with my call history and TEX messages. They will keep erasing. All call history will delete. Field will be blank.  TEX is set for 30 days, but will erase after I look at it.

Basically, your Blackberry is out of memory. You can verify the free space available by going to Options > Status > File Free,

The Blackberry Low Memory Manager will start deleting items from your Blackberry when it starts getting to low on memory.

First thing you want to do is check file free as mentioned above (its probably at 0 bytes free) and write it down, then pull the battery with the Blackberry turned on, wait 30 seconds and put battery back in. After it starts back up, check File Free again and look at the difference.

You're facing memory constraints in your device. Perform the following steps -

1. Give a soft reset by removing the battery for 30sec.
2. Check how much memory is free in your device to Options -> Status -> Free Memory. To view all the database size go to Option -> Status -> click Menu button then select Database Sizes
3. Delete less frequently used application. To delete go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> highlight the application you want to delete -> click Menu and select Delete
4. If you stored your picture in device memory them move them to your media card
