Camera flash not working. New Curve!

So I have had my Curve 8320 for about one week. The flash worked fine on Christmas day but not since then. I have set the flash to ON, and even tried Automatic and switched OFF then back on but no luck. Could the flash be burned out already? Ive only taken about 10 pics!

HELP!

Re: Camera flash not working. New Curve!

With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Now, try the flash again.

The good news is that if the device is damaged, it is new, you can easily return it to your carrier for a simple exchange. I doubt that it is though.

Re: Camera flash not working. New Curve!

I have tried this 3 times and it still doesnt fix the problem. Does anyone have any idea what would cause this?

Re: Camera flash not working. New Curve!

If a simple POWERED ON battery pull does not resolve it, there really are not any other options, other than your settings you have tried.

And, you could always try a device OS upgrade.

Some devices fail. But for a brand new device? While you wait for others here to give you ideas, I'd be trekking down to your seller for an exchange.
