Can I download dvds that I have stored on my computer to my BB if I have an 8gb micro sd card?

Aboslutely. I have several movies and TV shows on mine.

I would recommend having the vids formatted for the BlackBerry. This is a good tool to use:

Also, I would not recommend double posting your questions in the forums here, it's just not good manners. :smileyhappy:

Re: Can I download Movies to my BlackBerry?

The problem I have is to convert the rmvb format drama in to readable format for my blackberry.

Will this software do the trick for my blackberry 9000?

If I were you, I'd use VLC to convert the file into a MP4 file, then use AkmeFFMpeg to convert it to a Curve 400kbps file.

Re: Can I download Movies to my BlackBerry?

Hi, most BlackBerry phones supports 3gp video, if you want to enjoy movies on your BlackBerry, you need to convert them. I personally use freeware iWisoft Free Video Converter to convert videos to 3gp, it works well on my PC, I also use it to crop, trim videos to save space. You can give it a try.:smileywink:
