Can not access Blackberry ID

I lost phone then found put in new sim card and can not access blackberry ID, have taken out battery reset 3 times and only have 2 times left.  No telephone support and will loose all my photos if I can not sort this out any one know what to do?

You've got 3, and perhaps more, things all mixed up in there...and they are actually not related to each other. So please explain carefully and fully exactly what is going on...provide the exact steps you conduct, the exact results of each step, and the exact and complete content of all error messages presented. Then, perhaps, we might be able to understand your situation and therefrom provide useful guidance.
