Can not download audio files, says I need a certificate

I am trying to transfer music and audio files from my computer to the Blackberry. I get this error message every time. I think it is because I accidentally downloaded Enterprise. The error message reads as follows....."The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please reinstall it. "      I have transfered music in the past, it's been a while, during which time I did the Enterprise mistake.

How are you transferring the files? Using the media manager?

 

And what do you mean you downloaded Enterprise? Do you mean the blackberry desktop software for enterprise edition? You should uninstall it and install the latest blackberry desktop manager (v5) from here: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22
