Can't access e-mails, facebook, app world and bbm...

Hey all,

I have just bought the blackberry 9300 only 3 days ago and its already messed up, I can't receive e-mails, I can't send/receive bbm's, I can't access App world, finally I can't access facebook. But I can still access the internet, phone and text messages.

My information is:

Blackberry 9300 smartphone (3G, Wi-Fi)

6.0 bundle 1879 (v6.0.0.448, platform 6.6.0.124

My network is Three (3)

P.S: I have tried a hard boot many times, also tried "registering the network" and got to "sending service books" and couldn't get passed the "e-mail accounts setup" because it says "your device had a problem connecting to the server"

Also my device has this in the top right corner so I don' think that its a problem with the network?

Thanks in advance :smileyhappy:

Hi and welcome to the forums!

I would suggest you run a diagnostics test. This will register your device and create a report that can be sent to your vendor.

Thanks,

Well the best I can suggest is calling your carrier. You have reset the device but you aren't sending or receiving data. Leave a copy of the test in the device and type it out so you have some hard data for them.

Let us know how it goes!

Thanks.
