I have had my Blackberry for about 2 months, but over the past week I have tried to use my phone and I find out my phone is in the process of shuting down and starting up again. The last time it did that 3 days ago, I lost my Yahoo mail folder. When I added my Yahoo email account to my phone that folder was created. I deleted the account and added it again to my phone, and the yahoo folder was not created.
When I get emails and text, it goes into my message folder. But when i click on the message folder most times it takes about a minute to open and when it does open it freezes for a couple minutes and I cant scroll up or down, and most times I get a message that reads
" UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION: APPLICATION NET_RIM_BB_MESSAGING_APP(393) IS NOT RESPONDING; PROCESS TERMINATED".
I want to know if its something I fix on my own.
