I purchased a used BB and want to sync it with my comuter, but I can't seem to get it to sync - something about not identifying the BB device name. I'm thinking I should do a hard reset like with a Treo. Is there such a thing? Any advice? Thank you.
you should have no problem syncing to outlook. Do you have the Desktop manager software? if not, you should download and install, that will give you the ability to choose what PIM application to use for syncing
