I can't login to BlackBerry ID, there's a message "unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account".
I've read the KB2812. What should I do for fixing it? Should I reset my device to factory settings?

If all suggestions mentioned within that Knowledge Base KB28212 fails then as a last option you had to Reset your device to Factory Setting .But before that do your device backup using BlackBerry desktop software.
