I've tried 100 times through "messages>options>general options>Confirm Delete> NO>save" but it won't stay on NO. The next time I go into message options, it's turned itself back on to 'YES'
I have done a battery pull, but no matter what I try, the "Confirm Delete" pop-up window will NOT shut off.

Hi and welcome to the forums!
You are using the correct procedure and have done the usual battery pull.
I would try deleting the email account and recreating it and setting the confirm delete again.
Let us know how it goes!

I can't delete the email account. It's a business Enterprise Server account (no personal email accounts on the phone at all)

Hi,
Your company may have an IT policy on the device preventing the option from being disabled.
Check with your IT department they will provide you the best information.

I did check with my IT dept, and I thught that was odd, because the Blackberry I had before (that my Curve 3G replaced) didn't have this problem.
My IT guy thought it was very strange too and assured me they hadn't put in any restrictions of that type on the phone.
So it's still a mystery. Still can't turn off the 'confirm delete' dialogue. I get 700 work emails a day, and it's a HUGE pain.

I'm having the exact same issue... you would've thought they would've been able to correct this annoyance by now.

KB00285 Email messages not deleted after email reconciliation

None of that article discusses the original problem posted in this thread and the same issue I'm currently experiencing.

Thanks, but that article has nothing to do with my problem. I'm not trying to delete message from my Outlook from my Blackberry, I'm simply trying to turn of the "confirm delete - Yes or No" window that pops up with every single email that I want to delete.
Like I said above, I get 500-700 work emails a day and having to confirm delete on each and every single one is a PAIN.

Hi,
I've asked for some BES assistance for this issue. I have been researching this thread since 2/17 and cannot find correlating data.
Here is the latest i have found: KB04318 Unable to delete email messages from the BlackBerry smartphone
Thanks,
