I can't seem to get the photos off my phone. I enter my password etc. then the program launches and but then nothing happens? Need to get them off my phone. Thanks!
Are your photos stored on your BlackBerry® smartphone media card? If so, after entering your password on your PC, you will have to go into "Computer" to see the media card drive.

When you plug your BlackBerry® smartphone into your computer, do you get a prompt on your screen to enable USB Drive? If so, make sure you choose that option, then on your computer go to Start>Computer. You should see a new Removable Storage Device.
