Apologies for the delayed reply...hopefully you already got this resolved, but just in case...
Here is a KB that discusses that error:
- KB03956 "HTTP Error 403: Forbidden" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone when attempting to access a website using BlackBerry Browser
All of this seems to indicate that their is an IT Policy on your BB that is restricting this access...and only the IT Policy owner can change the policy to allow you access. If you are a member of a BES environment, then you need to talk to your BES admins.
If you are not on BES, then there may well be a latent IT Policy on this BB that has this restriction...and removal of the IT Policy is the only way to cure your situation.
