hi - I did not have a data plan from orange so they are sending me a BBM(whatever thatis) in the next 24hrs. I presume this is the source of my problem. Graham

Hi - thanks for all your help. Went to Orange and changed my plan to a plan that allowed e-mail, which has just come on line today. Went toe-mail set up and it automatically came on line. As I said don't know much about phones but appreciated your help and support. Regards Graham
