Hi,
we have a BES 4.1.6 and we try to configure an Enterprise account on a BB 9360.
Unfortunately, the device does not show the correct option (enterprise account option does not appear when configure a newemail account).
A colleague who has an identical phone, an identical operator (US AT&T), an identical tariff plan, did not have any problem toactivate his enterprise account .
Any advice?

Have you confirmed with AT&T that the BES data plan is properly set up on the account?

Do you see anything under Email Setup in the setup menu?
Try the following steps to see if they can help:-
Both should result in a message appearing in messages folder saying your handset is registered.
