Re: Cannot connect to the internet.

Try going into Options | Advanced Options | Browser. Next to the Default Browser Configuration, does it say BlackBerry Browser? If so change it to Internet Browser and see if it works.

Re: Cannot connect to the internet.

I was having the same problem. When I went to my browser options, though, the only choices were Internet Browser and MediaNet. I choose MediaNet, and the browser started working....

Re: Cannot connect to the internet.

Wich Carrier are giving the data plan?

Call the Carrier and check if your pin number are working and runnig over the Blackberry Internet.

If they said yes, follow this

Go to Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table, and press once over your carrier name logo, in seconds you receive the activation mesage. Try to go over internet

Good Luck

Be sure your signal strenght icons read 1xEV.  You can also try: go to manage connections > take the check out of the mobile network box and wait 1 min > put the check back in, reboot the device by pulling the battery with the device on > re-insert batt and wait for reboot 1-3 mins.  Try it and let us know....

Re: Cannot connect to the internet.

urumilton: I did as you suggested, but the only carrier in there was Cingular, and I'm using AT&T (which, yes, I know, the companies are now combined). There where a whole bunch of Cingular entries with numbers after the word Cingular in the list, though. One of them was in bold, I just reclicked that one.

Thanks,

--Jeremy

Re: Cannot connect to the internet.

jrdante: Your suggestion resolved the problem. I can now access the Internet with the regular browser.

Thanks,
