I had exactly the same problem, turns out that when my phone reset, the date changed to 2006 and i didnt realise, when i finally clocked on, i realised all my new messages were right at the top of all my conversations as if they were the first ones id recieved, once i changed the date back to normal i got my texts through properly at the end of the conversation! hope this helps
