Cannot log into my app world

I am having problem logging into my app world. It says "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" I dont know if I have problem with the phone or the internet service. If I check the internet, it's says "edge". But I am able to call and text, I'm just not sure about the internet connection.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

There literally are thousands of posts in dozens of threads with that exact error message, and there are several different potential solutions, all of which are already posted on our site. Please search the site using that exact error message and then inspect the results for things that may apply to your specific situation. Most of those discussions, btw, are going on in the AppWorld section of this site rather than here in the device section.
