Cannot pair BB 8530 with my Toyota Prius C Bluetooth

i bought a new prius C 2012. Tried to pair my BB 8530 with the car audio. Car audio did get registered on my list of devices, but failed to connect! - BB never asks for the passcode which is shown i the car manual and comes up on the dash.

I don't have Navigation version, just the basic stereo.

 

Anyone has a clue ?

Toyota site indicates NO Blackberry has been tested with their prius C.

I have a Prius C TWO - basic radio - and it paired without issue to my BB Bold 9930. Can't recall the phone asking for the pairing passcode though. The radio paired with two other phones (LG) which - btw - are ancient so I would suggest giving it another try.

Given it so many tries! Toyota service place too. Car radio is in my phone list, rthe car radio shows searching searching!!
