Cannot run apps

hi i have tried to download 3 different apps, when i have downloaded the apps i try to run them but get the following error message ERROR STARTING APP M522372bb56, ERROR LOADING MODULE,VEIFY ERROR can you help please can you help

Start with a battery pull.  Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

 

If that doesn't help, reload your OS by using BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Plug your phone in to your PC and open BDS.  Once your phone has been recognized, click Device at the top of the software then Restore.  Pick the most recent restore point and load it.

i have tried a battery pull, i didnt work, i tried to reload the os but the restore is grayed out (it may be beacause i did a update on the desktop manager)

ok i have now done a restore and still get the same error message when i load a new app
