Hi Everyone,
You all can try using the following steps to get the BlackBerry connected and Sync to your lapops.
1. If BB Desktop Manager is installed on the machine, uninstall it
2. Now, DISABLE the firewall. Set it off (temporarily)
3. Set the Internet Security Off (temporarily)
4. No need to connect your PC to Internet or WiFi
5. Install the BB Desktop Manager again. Remember, your phone should not be connected to your laptop while installing BB Desktop Manager
6. Once the installation done, restart your machine
7. Now, open the BB Desktop Manager
8. Now, try to connect your phone via USB
9. It should work
10. If it works then turn on the Internet Security and Firewall on your Laptop.
Hope this helps!!! All the best.

Thank you SO MUCH! I spent hours today trying to figure out why my PC suddenly stopped connecting to my 9300. Your fix was so simple to follow AND I didn't lose my personal data!![]()
