Cannot sync with Mac

I've tried Missing Sync and BlackBerry's own sync software. It's buggy at best and I lose data each time. I've finally resorted to a complete replacement of the data on my device each time I sync, and even that doesn't work too well either.

 

I've been in touch with Missing Sync tech support about 8 times, and they can't figure it out. Any suggestions?

Hi and welcome to the forums!

I would suggest that you resolve this thread and move to the Blackberry's for MAC forum.

I'm sure you will get more specific answers for MAC problems.
