Hi folks, I'm having trouble accessing the phone, can back it up and restore it but can't see it as a drive or view the pictures. Downloaded and redownload the software, sees the phone but gives the error message 'can't communicate with device' when I ask for pictures or music. Any help would be much appreciated.
