If the phone is still covered under warranty, take it into your carrier for warranty repair. If it's no longer covered under warranty, it shouldn't be that difficult to repair. Just check out any cellphone repair shop and they should be able to take care of it for you for a reasonable price. The trackpads are not that difficult to replace, and they can be readily ordered online.
