My Carrier: tatadocomo

Change in the service provider

Hi,

 

I have recently moved my services from vodafone to TataDocomo.

But when I tried to register my service online on tatadocomo, It was denied.

 

After checking with tadocomo customer care, they said my BBM PIN is blocked by Vodafone.

But when I checked with Vodafone they said they don't know about it.

 

Can someone help me to register with TataDocomo.

ashishrai, if Tata says Vodafone has not released your PIN from your previous account, only Vodafone can release it. You need to call back and explain. RIM cannot do this for you. This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users.
