I inadvertently originally put in my e mail address/blackberry ID incorrectly, it is not a valid e mail address. I am now unable to get any password to work with the id when attempting to access blackberry aps. I have changed my blackberry id to the correct e mail address on my desktop, but it hasn't been changed on the phone. I have made multiple attempts to log in using my correct e mail address and the bogus one and have changed my password several times to no avail. It seems to me the answer would be to eliminate my current blackberry id on the phone and start over. I have also seen a reference to going to "menu" "my world" on the phone to change the id, but there is no "my world" in my menu.....
Thanks for your help, Jack
