Connect my device -- but it seems connected

I KNOW I'm doing something daft, but I've twisted myself round in circles now and can't find my way out.

 

My BB World on my pc can see all of the apps that I have on my phone and can see my purchase history but tells me to connect my device. Do I need to physically connect it? Surely not!

 

Why would it not be seeing my device -- do give me a hand please!

May I know what you're trying to achieve ?

 

From a PC if we login with our BlackBerry ID and password and go to My World  it will show all of our apps , purchase history even without connecting our BlackBerry .

But as I asked what are you trying to do ? Are you trying to download apps from BlackBerry World or something else , please let us know .

Ahhh -- so physically connect it. I see. What I want to do is buy Runtastic Pro online (rather than using BB) because I've been having trouble making payments directly from BB. I suppose I could just update my payment options online instead...

I'm not sure what error you're getting on payment options , but if you share those error code or any specific error message you're getting while purchasing then we can try to help you , you can also change your payment options if you need .

Arrgh! So I plugged the device in, and it's seeing it (yay!), then went to buy the Runtastic Pro app, went all the way through to completing purchase when it came back with an internal server error (EC).

 

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

 

Use you device and see if you recieve the same error , On your BlackBerry open BlackBerry world and try to purchase that app .
