Connecting to PC issue ..

i hope anybody can help me ! .. when i connect my BB 9300 to pc and open desktop software .. it asks me about my pass so i write my password and it says its wrong ! :smileyfrustrated: although its right .. and i tried alot of times .. so can anyone tell me what the problem and how can i solve it ?

The problem is.. you are not entering your correct password.

 

Do this, UNplug from the PC a moment. Go enter your password into your device AND watch very closely how you enter it. Does your password have numbers in it? You likely are not pressing the ALT key to enter the numbers if they are consecutive numbers.

 

For instance, if your password is "1234", then you might actually be pressing ALT + "1ers"

Does that make sense? It's a common mistake.

 

I would advise you change your password temporarility to something simple like "abcd" and try the PC connection once again.
