Contact display format

Hi - hope someone can help. Have/had 15-month old 9900 that had big problems which has now gone back to RIM at my expense. Have received loaner Curve 9360 which I tried to sync with Outlook.

All works except for how the contacts are displayed. On my old machine and in Outlook, they are sorted alpahbetically by last name - i.e. Allan, Roger; Allen, Bill; Anderson, Sally. with the loaner, they are not sorting and displaying properly - I am getting Hamilton, Abagail; Witherspoon, Andrea; Babcock, Bill.

I have already selected "display last name first".

Thanks a lot!

Re: Contact display format

Good day

Welcome to BB forums

I would suggest that you remove your # off your profile, click on "My Settings" then go to 'Personal Information" then scroll down "My Carrier" remove your # then add your service provider name.
