I have the following problem on my BlackBerry, where I can use the system for almost a week without problems, after this period, I lose all contact e-mail saved from outlook, it's like losing synchronization server in my email.
Currently disposal of version 5 of the BlackBerry Curve, I use Outlook and the network provider (telephone company) is the TIM.

To better assist you with this issue are you synchronizing your contacts wireless using BlackBerry® Internet Service with a Microsoft® Outlook® Web Access account or is the BlackBerry® smartphone activated to a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server?

I'm using the service BlackBerry ® Internet Service with Microsoft ® Outlook ® Web Access account.
Even talked to the folks at Microsoft ®, but they say I should do with their own BlackBerry ®.

Wireless contact synchronization with Microsoft® Outlook® Web Access is currently not available with BlackBerry ® Internet Service. Wireless contact synchronization is available for Yahoo!® Mail, MSN®, Gmail® and Alt-N integrations.
Your account may not be integrated as a Microsoft® Outlook® Web Access account if you previously had this option. Go to Setup> Select Email Settings or Email accounts> select Internet Mail account> Highlight the email address and click Menu key> Select Edit> Select Synchronization Options, is the option for contact synchronization available?

I could not edit the contact, as suggested in the previous message. But I've been seeing that I use BlackBerry ® smartphone activated to a BlackBerry ® Enterprise Server.

If the BlackBerry® smartphone is activated to a BlackBerry ® Enterprise Server I would suggest contacting your BlackBerry® Enterprise Server administrator to report this issue.
