Hi somehow my BB Curve 9300 has got registered once again and i have lost all my contacts, it happened on 1st May and i tried a lot to retrieve them but failed.
Do you still have the backup? Is it not loading? Have you tried to retrieve them using BBDM? I assume it doesn't work? Maybe it's corrupted or something, if this is the case you could give it a go with the BlackBerry Backup Extractor.
