APN Settings Enabled: Check
APN: internet.com
APN Authentication Enabled: Check
Username for APN:
Password for APN:
I've also tried it with APN authentication off.

Yes, that is correct.
That's all I know to do on that error.
Let me suggest you call Rogers tech support and ask them to escalate this issue up to RIM level tech support.

I said this earlier so I'm just going to remind you, I don't have a sim card. Therefore, I don't think Rogers will help me.
Would you mind posting a list of solutions to this error? Just in case I've missed one.

Actually, I haven't noticed that, just that you kept saying it's for mobile networks which doesn't apply to you. I didn't understand that. So, no I had not read that you didn't have a SIM card. I see on your profile you've listed Rogers as your mobile carrier, and that's what I was going by.
You can try to clear the cache on your browser by opening your browser > Options > and clear the cache and history there.
