Re: Cursor Problem Blackberry Curve 9300

Hey Asavari,

Welcome to the forums.

Have you tried doing a battery pull to see if that corrects the issue? This could be related to low memory. How much free app memory do you have? To check how much free memory is remaining have a look at this article: http://bbry.lv/mUFCA6

If you are still having issues then you can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Here is how to backup your BlackBerry smartphone http://bbry.lv/oPVWXc

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.

Link: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB03621

Once completed test it and proceed with selective restore, here is how to restore http://bbry.lv/qgQxLo

Re: Cursor Problem Blackberry Curve 9300

Hi,

Please excuse my english I'm French! :smileywink:

I have had the same problem with my blackberry Curve 9320 : The problem was due to my memory card which was complettely full.

After having raimplace it by an other one, empty, everything was fixed!

Re: Cursor Problem Blackberry Curve 9300

Hey,
The same thing keeps on happening to my curve 9320.
I don't know why but wen you take the battery out, then put it back in and then leaving it for a while works!!!

Hopefully this works for anyone with this problem!!!
