Curve 8330 problems

I have a few problems w/my Curve 8330 v4.5.  They all popped up recently and are probably connected.

 

First, My Blackberry and desktop stopped syncing.It would start to sync but then get stuck on syncing calendar. I had to detach the Blackberry and  reboot the desktop to fix the proble.  Someone suggested that uninstall the software and re-install it.  That led to Problem #2.

 

2. I am unable to uninstall Blackberry Desktop Software 7.0  Computer says in cannot open it.  Says to check w/application vendor to insure it is a valid windows installer application.

 

3. It stopped syncing with my Windows Outlook email account on my desktop.   It still syncs with my Gmail account, but not the Outlook account.

 

Can anybody help me?  These problems are driving me crazy!  Thanks.
