Curve 8330m Won't Turn on

[ Edited ]

Hello,

Yesterday I dropped my phone. It turned off and wouldn't turn on. I tried recharging it and nothing happened, no LED activitiy, etc. I thought iwas dead. An hour or two later, I saw it had a blank white screen, then some red LED activity. After a minute, a battery with a blue lightning bolt appeared on the screen. I looked up a solution online, and it said to put it on charger, remove battery, let it sit there (charging without battery) for 30 seconds, then replace battery. It worked. I thought everything was okay and heaved a sigh of relief. Later last night, I put down my phone (not gently, but not really hard either), and the same thing happened. I noticed that both times, the phone (and battery) were rather warm. I woke up the next morning and my phone was on and fully charged (after having left it on the charger even though there was no light activity).

I thought maybe the battery was bad. I bought a new battery, and upgraded the OS. I thought all was well. Once again, I put my phone down (again, not gently but not slamming it or anything)... and it happened again. No LED or screen activity. It's on the charger, emitting warmth.......

Oh yes, and battery pulls do not work.
