You are so wonderful here and I have been reading a wealth of information! Howver, my problem still exists even with all the tricks and tips I've tried that i've read here. Here's what's happening:
Phone needed a battery pull last night as it froze in the middle of sending a picture message. This happens a LOT I'm afraid. Tpically, it boots right up, loads the software, my screen comes up, my icons come back and I'm in business. NOT THIS TIME. I am stuck in a boot loop it seems. The BB logo comes up, the bar loads about 2/3 of the way, then the red light comes on and it shuts off. Phone starts back up and does the same thing over and over and over. It also won't turn off (unless I just pull the batter out, but when replaced, the same thing keeps happening).
I can't load the OS again through the BB Destop Manager because the process is halted each time the phone turns itself off again.
I'm really at a loss here. Anybody have any ideas? I'll appreciate any advice....

Hello SisterLuck and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Here is a trick you can try to reload your software - remove the battery.
With the battery removed, start the loading process. As the loading process starts, wait for the first task to be completed then insert the battery. The loading process should continue and complete.
If you encounter any errors or the load won't complete, contact your mobile network carrier for further investigation.
