Please may someone help me.
I downloaded new software from the Blackberry App world for the BBM.
I have restarted my phone and now BBM wont work. Its just a blue screen and it gives me no options.
Any advice on how to fix it?

Maybe something gone wrong with the recent installation ,Can you try re-installing BlackBerry Messeneger again .To do that on your Homescreen Options > Application > locate and delete BlackBerry Messenger from that list.

Once it is done perform a battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , wait for atleast a minute then re-insert it back . after reboot from your BlackBerry browser to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download the most recent available for your device model. After installing perform another reboot.
try it and see if that help.
