I have blackberry curve 8520 and suddenly when i was changing  the sim card and started the mobile it started loading while the boot, but then after 75% of its load it got stuck. i tried to start it several time by removing the battery/micro sd card and the reboot keys to reboot.

   evrytime it stuck there and now i think it needs some software changes to be applied.can you suggest me for what can i do . and is the problem curable by using blackberry desktop software ?

help me with the same .

Before trying anything else i suggest try to Start your device on Safe Mode ,if it works then uninstall all your third party application or any recent applications that you had installed or downloaded  before this problem appear.

KB17877  How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode.

If it works do a proper backup of your device using BlackBerry Desktop Software .So please try it and let us know.
