I have a new Curve 9300 and cannot upgrade or doenload any applications via my blackberry app world. I go into Blackberry App world on my device >My World. I log in with my BB ID and for eg. have selected Blackberry Messenger to be upgraded. the green bar appears on the screen with 'Loading' and then I ket the message 'Blackberry Messenger' is not available for download from the Blackberry App World. This happens with any app I try to download. I have tried with my Network provider to resolve this problem, by removing and reinstalling the Blackberry App World application and I still have the same problem. They have no idea what the problem is and have advised me to email Blackberry for help, which is prooving to be difficult.
I'm hoping somebody can help as I'm totally lost with this problem!!!

Its actually your carrier's responsibility to deal with your problem and, if they are not able to solve it, THEY are supposed to escalate the problem to RIM.
