Hi, can anyone help me please with my phone? Sometimes, while scrolling down, the cursor jumps to the top of the screen. Sometimes while trying to select an app it jumps up one or two. Is there anything that I can do to fix this myself?

You could try cleaning the trackpad and doing a battery pull.  If this doesn't help, sounds like a hardware issue the store will need to address.

I've done the battery pull a dozen times, was just looking online at some quick fix thing and they are saying to try scotch tape or scotch brite... ?? I dunno, will have to look into it further. Thank you.

I'm not sure how tape will help.  If there is a physical problem with the trackpad, I don't know of a quick fix besides going to a repair shop or store.
