My Blackberry Curve 9300 wont turn on. But unlike others no red light or loading screen comes up! ive seen the application loader as a popular solution however the port for the charger/usb cable has come out of my phonee!! My batteries are definitely full! PLEASE HELPPP!

Only a repair service centre can fix this problem. No way access the phone now if I understand correctly about usb port on your being damaged and fallen out.

See above link and refer to my post there but use your discretion first because your situation of your usb worries me or am I misunderstanding the predicament you're in.

thanks but that doesnt seem to work, also sometimes when i leave the battery out for a day or 2 i put it back in and then the red light comes on but nothing else happens!

Hello

If you had your phone for atleast 2 years then your battery could be bad. See if there's any bloated areas on the battery. If there is I'd remove it now before it damages the phone.

If its not then check if battery fits securely in its compartment. The 9300 is known for its battery door coming loose after awhile and not holding it securely.

I've had my phone for 5 months only. Its a new battery aswell. The battery looks to stay securely into the compartment.

Ok your problem is not uncommon even with a new device.

• Remove your battery
• Now connect the phone to charger
• Now reinsert the battery
• Leave for atleast 5hrs...

As previously mentioned, the port on the side of my phone were the charger is meant to go in has come out.

Which means you cant charge battery hence it when it dies it never going to come on until you fix the usb charge port.

No, because i have a blackberry desktop charger where i can charge my batteries out of my phone and the led indicator of my desktop charger shows me that the batteries are full.
