Curve 9320 not booting up

On switching on my Curve 9320 I am getting 'App Error 200' and a reset button. Reset button just does nothing ????

Help needed urgently please.

Here is a KB that deals with that error. Long story short, you may have to reload the OS to your device. The KB has links with information on how to do that.
