Curve 9320 painfully slow delivering BBM

my Curve 9320 has developed a probrm delivering BBM messages.  Can take up to 15 minutes at time for a short message to be delivered.  Even sending a PIN to my own device.

With provider I have pulled the battery and SIM, done a factory reset.  All have made a tempory fix to the problem.

I have one 3rd party APPs installed on the device, whatsapp.

When sending a BBM message do you receive a checkmark, red clock icon or red X?  Also can you send me a private message with your PIN number so I can investigate further?

Normally the first messge goes real fast, then after that I will get the red clock Icon for a few seconds then the three ))) these can last upto 30 40 seconds. Then some time I get the checkmark and then the D for deliver, some times I get a reply back before I get the D and R over the check mark.  Some times I will take upto 10 minutes to deliver a message or receive a message.  This happens as well when sending a PIN message to my own device.  The whole time this is going on I do see the two arrows in the top right of the screen flashing.  Some times they are bot on solid for various amounts of time.

I would suggest trying a different SIM card in the BlackBerry Curve 9320 smartphone and then test BBM for a few days to see if you're still having network congestion issues.

Been thinking it is the device , as others on my cell plan with the same device are having the same issues as I.

I will see about finding another simm to try.

I am having the same problem for group texts.  I do not have a SIM card because I am with Sprint.
