Curve 9320 update froze

I set my new curve 9320 to update via the desktop software about 20/30 minutes ago, and the update seems to have just froze on me :smileysad: It says 'downloaded modules 259 out of 1525' and has said that for about 15-20 minutes. Is this normal or do I have to restart it?

No apologies needed.  You will have to restart it if its still stuck.

 

You can try downloading and installing the device software from

http://us.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software/desktop-and-device-download-sites.html

and update the device using the deskop manager or try this:
force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader
http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB10144
